Ind. Code § 34-30-19.5-3
(a) The owner of a private property that is adjacent to Lake Michigan does not assume responsibility or incur liability for an injury to an individual or damage to property that:
(1) occurs after June 30, 2020, when an individual is crossing the private property:
(B) upon leaving;
the area of the beach of Lake Michigan that the public has a vested right to use for recreational purposes; and
(2) is caused by:
