Effect of dismissal by first attaching creditor

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.20.

(a) This section applies when the first attaching creditor dismisses the action or proceedings in attachment.
(b) A dismissal described in subsection (a) does not operate as a dismissal of the action or proceedings of any subsequent attaching creditor.
