Medical liability insurers; notice of suit to commissioner

A medical liability insurer of a health care provider against whom an action has been filed under IC 34-18-8-6 (a) shall provide written notice to the commissioner within thirty (30) days after:
- (1) the filing of the action; and
(2) the final disposition of the action.
