Ind. Code § 34-10-2-2

Annulment of order

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.5.

If the person described in section 1 of this chapter is guilty of:

  1. (1) any improper conduct; or
  2. (2) any unjustifiable delay in the progress of the action;

    the court may annul the order. The indigent person shall subsequently be deprived of all benefit of the order permitting the person to prosecute or defend as an indigent person.
