Ind. Code § 33-44-4-4
Appointment of members; government officials
As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.23.
The following officials shall each appoint one (1) member to the board:
- (1) The governor.
- (2) The speaker of the house of representatives.
- (3) The minority leader of the house of representatives.
- (4) The president pro tempore of the senate.
(5) The minority floor leader of the senate.
