Ind. Code § 33-38-6.9-4 – Application of certain amendments to IC 33-38-8-13

The amendments made to IC 33-38-8-13 by P.L.28-2005 apply:

(1) to participants in the judges' 1985 retirement, disability, and death benefit system regardless of whether the participants:
1. (A) retired before July 1, 2005; or
2. (B) retire after June 30, 2005; and
(2) only to benefits first payable after June 30, 2005.
