Application of certain amendments to IC 33-38-7-11

As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.541.

The amendments made to IC 33-38-7-11 by P.L.28-2005 apply:

  1. (1) to participants in the judges' 1977 retirement, disability, and death benefit system regardless of whether the participants:

    1. (A) retired before July 1, 2005; or
    2. (B) retire after June 30, 2005; and
  2. (2) only to benefits first payable after June 30, 2005.
