As used in this chapter, "judge" means a person who serves or has served as a regular judge or justice of one (1) or more of the following courts:

1. (1) Supreme court.
2. (2) Court of appeals.
3. (3) Indiana tax court.
4. (4) Circuit court of a judicial circuit.
5. (5) Superior court of a county.
6. (6) Criminal court of a county having a separate criminal court.
7. (7) Probate court of a county having a separate probate court.
8. (8) Juvenile court of a county having a separate juvenile court.
9. (9) Municipal court of a county.

10. (10) County court of a county.
