Ind. Code § 33-37-5-35

Small claims service fee; amount; collection

(a) This section applies to a small claims action in which a party is required to pay a township docket fee under IC 33-34-8-1 (a)(1).
(b) The clerk shall collect a small claims service fee of twenty-six dollars ($26) from the party filing the small claims action.
