Ind. Code § 33-37-5-19.5

Jury fee

As added by P.L.237-2023, SEC.3.

(a) The clerk shall collect a jury fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) from a party filing:
1. (1) a civil tort action; or
2. (2) a civil plenary action.
(b) The fee collected under this section shall be deposited into the county user fee fund established by IC 33-37-8-5 .
