In addition to any other duties, a clerk shall do the following:

1. (1) Collect and transfer additional judgments to a county auditor under IC 9-18-2-41 (before its expiration) or IC 34-28-5-17 .
2. (2) Deposit funds collected as judgments in the state highway fund under IC 9-20-18-12 .
3. (3) Deposit funds in the conservation officers fish and wildlife fund under IC 14-22 .

4. (4) Deposit funds collected as judgments in the state general fund under IC 34-28-5-4 .
