Ind. Code § 33-34-4-1

Administer oaths; certify records

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.13.

A judge may:

(1) administer oaths;
(2) take and certify acknowledgements of deeds; and
(3) give all necessary certificates for the authentication of the records and proceedings of the small claims court.
