Ind. Code § 33-33-71-3

Magistrates

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12. Amended by P.L.173-2015, SEC.11.

(a) The judge of the St. Joseph circuit court may appoint three (3) full-time magistrates under IC 33-23-5 to serve the circuit court.
(b) A magistrate continues in office until removed by the judge.
