Ind. Code § 33-33-67-2

Establishment of standard superior court

  1. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Putnam superior court.
  2. (b) The Putnam superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1 .

  3. (c) Putnam County comprises the judicial district of the court.
