The court may do the following:

1. (1) Grant restraining orders and injunctions.
2. (2) Issue writs of habeas corpus.

3. (3) Appoint receivers, masters, and commissioners to:

   1. (A) convey real property;
   2. (B) grant commissions for the examination of witnesses; and

   3. (C) appoint other officers necessary to transact the business of the court.
