Ind. Code § 33-33-45-7
Court of record; force and effect of judgments and orders
As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
- (a) The court is a court of record.
(b) The court's judgments, decrees, orders, and proceedings:
- (1) have the same force and effect; and
(2) shall be enforced in the same manner;
as those of the Lake circuit court.
