1. (a) The judge of the court shall appoint a bailiff and an official court reporter for the court.

2. (b) The salaries of the bailiff and the official court reporter shall be:

   1. (1) fixed in the same manner as the salaries of the bailiff and official court reporter for the Grant circuit court, Grant superior court, and Grant superior court No. 2; and

   2. (2) paid monthly out of the treasury of Grant County as provided by law.
