Judicial nominating commission; service; limitation

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.

(a) A member of the commission shall serve until the member's successor is appointed or elected.
(b) An attorney commissioner or nonattorney commissioner is not eligible for more than two (2) successive reelections or reappointments.
