Ind. Code § 33-33-19-3

Judge; location of court sessions

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.

The Dubois superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in:

  1. (1) the Dubois County courthouse in Jasper; or

  2. (2) other places in the county as the board of county commissioners of Dubois County may provide.
