1. (a) The county executive for the county in which the standard superior court is located shall provide and maintain:

   1. (1) a suitable courtroom;
   2. (2) furniture and equipment; and

   3. (3) other rooms and facilities;

      necessary for the operation of the court.

2. (b) The county fiscal body shall appropriate sufficient funds for the provision and maintenance of the items described in subdivisions (1) through (3).
