1. (a) The tax court may employ:

   1. (1) a bailiff;
   2. (2) a clerk;
   3. (3) a reporter;
   4. (4) a clerical assistant; or
   5. (5) any other personnel that the court needs to perform its duties.

2. (b) The clerk of the supreme court shall serve as the clerk of the tax court.
