The court administrator shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the majority of the judges of the following courts of the county sitting in committee:

1. (1) Circuit court.
2. (2) Superior court.
3. (3) Juvenile court.
4. (4) Probate court.

5. (5) Criminal court.
