Chairperson; required meetings

  1. (a) The chief justice or the chief justice's designee shall serve as the chairperson of the committee.

  2. (b) The committee shall meet:

    1. (1) at least once each calendar quarter during July 2013, through June 30, 2014, and twice each state fiscal year after June 30, 2014; and
    2. (2) at the call of the chairperson.
