A person who suffers a loss as a result of a violation of this article may:

1. (1) bring an action to recover:

   1. (A) actual damages; and
   2. (B) reasonable attorney's fees;
2. (2) seek an injunction; and

3. (3) seek any other remedy available at law or in equity.
