An order to show cause issued under section 5 of this chapter must inform the defendant that:

1. (1) the defendant may:

   1. (A) file affidavits on the defendant’s behalf with the court;
   2. (B) appear and present testimony on the defendant’s behalf at the time of the hearing; and
   3. (C) file with the court a written undertaking to stay the delivery of the property in accordance with this article; and

2. (2) if the defendant fails to appear, plaintiff may be granted a judgment of possession.
