Ind. Code § 32-34-1-10

"Last known address"

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.19.
  1. (a) As used in sections 26, 32, and 43 of this chapter, "last known address" means a description of the location of the apparent owner's residence or business sufficient for the purpose of the delivery of mail or the receipt of a communication by other means known to the holder.
  2. (b) As used in sections 21 and 37 of this chapter, "last known address" means a description indicating that the apparent owner was located within Indiana, regardless of whether the description is sufficient to direct the delivery of mail.
