Local units prohibited from regulating retaliatory acts
As added by P.L.168-2020, SEC.18.
A unit (as defined in IC 36-1-2-23 ) may not adopt or enforce any:
- (1) ordinance; or
(2) regulation;
concerning retaliatory acts by landlords. Any ordinance or regulation that violates this subsection is void and unenforceable.
