As used in this chapter, "residential landlord-tenant statute" refers to any of the following:

1. (1) IC 32-31-3 .
2. (2) IC 32-31-4 .
3. (3) IC 32-31-5 .
4. (4) IC 32-31-6 .
5. (5) IC 32-31-7 .
6. (6) IC 32-31-8 .
7. (7) IC 32-31-8.5 .
8. (8) IC 32-31-9 .
9. (9) IC 32-31-10 .
10. (10) IC 32-31-11 .
