1. (a) As used in this chapter, "tenant" means a person who leases or resides in a property.

2. (b) The term does not include a person who:

   1. (1) owns a mobile home;
   2. (2) leases or rents a site in a mobile home community for residential use; and

   3. (3) resides in a mobile home community.
