The following are guilty of maintaining an indecent nuisance and may be enjoined from maintaining the indecent nuisance under this chapter:

1. (1) A person who uses, occupies, establishes, maintains, or conducts an indecent nuisance.
2. (2) The owner, agent, or lessee of any interest in an indecent nuisance.

3. (3) A person employed in an indecent nuisance.
