The account or report required by section 14 of this chapter must set forth all:

1. (1) receipts and disbursements to the date of the accounting; and

2. (2) other appropriate information relative to the:

   1. (A) administration of the receivership;
   2. (B) liquidation of the receivership; and

   3. (C) declaration and payment of dividends.
