Ind. Code § 32-30-2-21

Application

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.

This chapter applies, as far as applicable, to:

  1. (1) cases and partition cases where the title to real estate is a genuine question; and

  2. (2) the pleadings and evidence between parties concerning questions of title to real estate.
