Ind. Code § 32-28-13-1.5

"Public employee"

As added by P.L.191-2015, SEC.3.

As used in this chapter, "public employee" means an individual who is an employee in the executive, judicial, or legislative branch of:

(1) the state or a political subdivision (as defined in IC 5-11-10.5-1 ); or
(2) the federal government;
in Indiana.
