(a) As used in this chapter, "model home" means a new dwelling that is used for the first time after construction as:
- (1) a model;
- (2) a sales office;
- (3) a design center; or
- (4) any combination of subdivisions (1) through (3).
- (b) After June 30, 2023, the term does not include a mobile home, a manufactured home, or an industrialized residential structure.
