A condominium unit owner may not make an alteration or structural change that would:

1. (1) jeopardize the soundness or safety of the property;
2. (2) reduce the value of the property; or

3. (3) impair any easement or hereditament;

   unless the condominium unit owner has obtained the unanimous consent of all the other co-owners.
