"Property" means:

1. (1) the land;
2. (2) the building;
3. (3) all improvements and structures on the land or the building; and

4. (4) all:

   1. (A) easements;
   2. (B) rights; and

   3. (C) appurtenances;

      pertaining to the land or the building.
