Inspections of Class 2 structures

Except as provided in section 9 of this chapter, a governmental entity shall not require that a Class 2 structure be inspected:
(1) in connection with, or as a condition of:
- (A) the sale of; or
(B) the transfer of title to;
a Class 2 structure; or
- (2) as a prerequisite to the recording of a deed to the property containing a Class 2 structure.
