Geodetic control points and positioning systems
As added by P.L.147-2026, SEC.18.
To locate the position of the coordinate systems on the surface of the earth within Indiana, the position of the INPCS must be established by geodetic control points or positioning systems, such as the Continuously Operating Reference Stations
- (CORS) that are part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration CORS Network, or similar points and systems whose positions have been established from those points and systems.
