Ind. Code § 32-17.5-2-5
"Fiduciary"
As added by P.L.5-2003, SEC.1.
"Fiduciary" means:
(1) a personal representative, a trustee, or an agent acting under a power of attorney; or
(2) a person authorized to act as a fiduciary with respect to the property of another person.
