Ind. Code § 32-17-11-1

"Account" defined

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.2.

(a) As used in this chapter, "account" means a contract of deposit of funds between a depositor and a financial institution.
(b) The term includes a checking account, savings account, certificate of deposit, share account, and other like arrangement.
