Ind. Code § 31-39-6-1

Confidentiality of preliminary inquiry proceedings compiled by school officials

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.22.

If:

  1. (1) a preliminary inquiry under IC 31-34-7 or IC 31-37-8 takes place in a school; and

  2. (2) the preliminary inquiry is conducted in the presence of school officials;

    any record of the proceeding compiled by school officials is confidential and is not open to public inspection under IC 5-14-3-3 .
