Ind. Code § 31-39-2-5.5
The following records of the juvenile court relating to a finding that a child committed an offense that would be a serious violent felony (as defined by IC 35-31.5-2-294 ) are available without a court order to a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duties:
(4) Index entries, summonses, warrants, petitions, orders, motions (excluding psychological or child abuse evaluations), decrees, and photographs.
The juvenile court shall cooperate with a law enforcement agency to ensure that these records are accessible from the mobile terminal of a law enforcement officer, and are otherwise available to a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duties in a timely manner.
