Continuous or intermittent confinement; substandard juvenile detention facilities

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.20.
  1. (a) Confinement under section 6(b)(2)(B) of this chapter may be continuous or intermittent, including confinement at night or on weekends.
  2. (b) A child may not be sent to a juvenile detention facility that fails to meet standards established by law.
