Ind. Code § 31-37-19-21
As part of a dispositional decree, a child may only be confined in a juvenile detention facility for more than thirty (30) days if the facility meets the following criteria:
(2) The program provides services and treatment to:
(4) The juvenile detention facility must meet the state standards and licensing requirements established by 210 IAC 6.
