If the court makes an order under section 2 of this chapter, only the following persons may be in the same room as the child during the child's testimony:

1. (1) Persons necessary to operate the closed circuit television equipment.
2. (2) Persons whose presence the court finds will contribute to the child's well-being.

3. (3) A court bailiff or court representative.
