1. (a) The community child protection team shall prepare a periodic report regarding the child abuse and neglect reports and complaints that the team reviews under this chapter.

2. (b) The periodic report may include the following information:

   1. (1) The number of complaints under section 6 of this chapter that the team receives and reviews each month.

   2. (2) A description of the child abuse and neglect reports that the team reviews each month, including the following information:

      1. (A) The scope and manner of the interviewing process during the child abuse or neglect assessment.
      2. (B) The timeliness of the assessment.
      3. (C) The number of children removed from the home.
      4. (D) The types of services offered.
      5. (E) The number of child abuse and neglect cases filed with a court.

      6. (F) The reasons that certain child abuse and neglect cases are not filed with a court.
