Temporary confinement of child

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.15.
  1. (a) The juvenile court may order temporary confinement for not more than fourteen (14) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, to complete the mental or physical examination of a child.
  2. (b) This section does not authorize a commitment under IC 12-26 .
