Ind. Code § 31-31-3-6

Referees; duties; findings and recommendations; administration of oaths

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.14.

A part-time juvenile court referee:

  1. (1) shall perform duties assigned by the court;
  2. (2) shall submit findings and recommendations in writing to the juvenile court, which shall enter such order as it considers proper; and

  3. (3) may administer oaths in the performance of duties assigned by the juvenile court.
