The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:

1. (1) "Custodial interrogation" has the meaning set forth in Indiana Evidence Rule 617.
2. (2) "Electronic recording" has the meaning set forth in Indiana Evidence Rule 617.
3. (3) "Place of detention" has the meaning set forth in Indiana Evidence Rule 617.
