1. (b) The following persons may charge a reasonable fee for actual expenses incurred in complying with this chapter and IC 31-19-23 :

   1. (1) A licensed child placing agency.
   2. (2) The court.
   3. (3) The department.
   4. (4) A local office.
   5. (5) A professional health care provider.
   6. (6) An attorney.

   7. (7) The state department of health.

Sec. 11. (a) An attorney, a licensed child placing agency, or a local office may charge a reasonable fee for services performed or actual expenses incurred under section 8 of this chapter.
